Kohler Expos started its announcement with “Get ready, Indy!” and the reason is a new show for the city.
The Indy Women’s Expo runs from Friday, April 30, to Sunday, May 2, 2027, at the Indiana State Fairgrounds & Event Center on East 38th Street.
It’s pitched as a weekend out for women of any age.
Hundreds of businesses and boutiques will be selling, a lot of them women-owned and local, while beauty, fashion and wellness brands bring samples and interactive stands. Live entertainment and prize giveaways are on the list too, and the tagline the organizers use for all of it is “Discover. Shop. Celebrate.”
Hours for Each Day of the Show
- Friday, April 30: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Saturday, May 1: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Sunday, May 2: 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Friday is the long one. After the halls close, BLINGO After Dark starts at 6:30 p.m. Nobody has explained yet how it works, and ticket prices and the entertainment lineup are still to come as well.
Booth Space for Local Sellers
Exhibitor applications opened at the same time as the announcement. Kohler Expos calls the show one of Indiana’s newest large-scale consumer events, and booth requests go through KohlerExpo.com.
The event’s Facebook page is run by Midwest Women’s Expos and Sarah Chave, and exhibitor reveals and giveaways will be posted there as opening weekend gets closer.
