Every excuse has been removed in advance. Free entry. No booking. Drop in whenever inside the window. You could walk in for one question and leave in ten minutes, and nobody would blink.

It’s less about information and more about friction. Everyone lifestyle in Preston already knows they should get the check, quit the smoking, ask the benefits question.
